Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Credentials: Safe Food Handling certificate, Food Safety Certificate

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff
- Instruct staff in food preparation, garnishing, and presentation
- Prepare and cook meals for regular service and special events
- Plan menus and ensure food quality standards
- Handle food allergies and dietary restrictions
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Train staff in food handling and safety
- Manage kitchen operations and staffing
