Job Details:
- Location: Nepean, ON
- Salary: $34.50 hourly / 37.5 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full time
- Hours of Work: Evening, Weekend, Morning

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Maintain records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
- Create new recipes
- Instruct cooks in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff (3-4 people)
- Prepare and cook food on a regular basis or for special guests or functions
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Working Conditions:
- Must be completed on-site; no option for remote work
- Work environment is hot, cold/refrigerated, and non-smoking
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Handling heavy loads, physically demanding work, standing for extended periods, and bending, crouching, kneeling
