- Salary: $85,000 annually / 40 hours per week + $50,000 commission per sale (Minimum wage guaranteed)

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, or related field
- Experience: 5 years or more in sales or business development
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Lead the sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, retail, and other establishments.
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful execution.
Experience and Specialization:
Candidates should have strong computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in:
- Desktop publishing software
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- MS Office (including MS Excel and presentation software)
- Project management software
Work Conditions:
Work must be completed both in person and remotely, providing flexibility. The environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and multitasking skills.
Personal Suitability:
Candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and possess efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities, initiative, and organizational skills are essential.
