About the Employer:
Cafe Plenty is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Catering Service Manager to lead its catering operations. With a commitment to delivering exceptional food and service, Cafe Plenty is dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences for its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the budget to enhance and maintain the restaurant’s profitability.
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to enhance productivity.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet catering demands.
- Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and guests.
- Collaborate with team members in shared supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in catering or restaurant management.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Workplace Information:
- This position requires on-site work; remote work is not an option.
