Job Overview:
IBX Services is seeking an experienced Carpenter Lead Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate. The role involves supervising a team and working on various construction and renovation projects in both commercial and residential settings.

- Confined spaces, Noisy, Dusty, Outdoors
Responsibilities:
- Prepare layouts according to building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials
- Build foundations and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware
- Schedule and coordinate work on sites
- Instruct apprentices and supervise 3-4 workers
- Maintain, repair, and renovate structures
Experience and Specialization:
- Experience with hand tools
Work Conditions:
- Physically demanding, handling heavy loads
