Job Details:
- Location: 2744 Jefferson Blvd., Windsor, ON N8T 3C7
- Salary: $23.00 to $30.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 36 to 44 hours per week

Qualifications Necessary:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 5 years or more
Responsibilities of the Job:
- Prepare layouts in conformance with building codes using measuring tools.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moldings, and hardware.
Credentials:
- Working at heights training
- Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
Conditions of Work:
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. The work environment includes being at heights, in confined spaces, and may be noisy and dusty.
Personal Suitability:
Candidates should be accurate, client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Reliability, judgment, and the ability to work as a team player are essential.
