We are seeking passionate Call Centre Agents to join our work-from-home team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will connect with donors, sponsors, and event participants to inspire and support fundraising efforts for Canada’s most respected charities. Each day offers variety, from finding new child sponsors to renewing event participants and welcoming new donors. This is a zero-commission role, with a focus on teamwork, engagement, and having fun while delivering results.

Job Requirements
- Home Office: You must have a professional home office space.
- Tech Requirements:
- High-speed cabled internet connection (min. 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up).
- USB headset and webcam.
- A Windows PC or laptop (Apple or Mac devices are not supported).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ customer service or call center experience.
- Availability: Full-time hours, 40 hours per week.
- Mon – Thu: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm EST
- Fri: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm EST
- Occasional Saturday shifts (10:00 am – 5:00 pm).
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
