Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, or Business Administration/Management
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Document technical requirements to ensure products, processes, and solutions meet business needs
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware
- Conduct reviews of quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
- Execute and document results of software application and telecommunication systems tests
- Act as liaison between staff and management on wellness issues
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect defects
- Coordinate activities with other departments
- Assist in design, development, and testing
- Collaborate with marketing to communicate messages to the field
- Evaluate performance and reliability of system designs
- Analyze market research data to improve business decisions
