Responsibilities:
- Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.
- Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals.
- Assess customer service and store environments to enhance business performance.
- Provide consultation on planning and launching new businesses.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and business plans.
- Ensure that appropriate business and commercial licenses are in place.
- Manage office operations and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, providing guidance and support.
Work Environment:
- This position requires on-site work as well as remote work; flexibility is essential.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree is required.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business development or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work under pressure.
