Job Details:
- Location: Niagara Falls, ON (L2G 3V5)

- Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 hourly (To be negotiated)

Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate required
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, contacting tradespersons for major repairs
- Perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Perform routine maintenance duties such as painting and drywall repair
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens
- Work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions:
- Physical labour in a hotel environment involving heavy lifting, indoor/outdoor maintenance work, and varied shift hours
Personal Suitability:
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal supervision
