Job Details:
- Location: 7300 Torbram Rd Unit #A, Mississauga, ON, L4T 3X2
- Salary: $28.50 hourly / 30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and refuse.
- Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness in waste areas.
- Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
- Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Suitability:
- Must be flexible, organized, and reliable.
