Job Details:

Qualifications:

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: Experience an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
  • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Prepare trial balance of books and reconcile accounts.

Required Skills:

  • Computer and Technology Knowledge:
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
    • MS Word
  • Specialization or Experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge in accounting.

Additional Information:

  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work independently, with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The role includes repetitive tasks, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
