Job Details:
- Location: 3300 Highway 7, Concord, ON, L4K 4M3
- Salary: $35.10 per hour
- Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 35 hours per week (Day, Morning shifts)
- Start Date: As soon as possible

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in bookkeeping or a related field
- Languages: English
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Maintain financial records and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Reconcile accounts
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology knowledge, including:
- MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
- Quick Books
