Qualifications Required:
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Transportation: Valid driver’s licence
Job Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
Working Conditions:
- Confined spaces and dusty environment
- Construction, marine works, millwork/pre-fab shopwork, residential settings
- Physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, kneeling
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
