Requirements
- Languages: English
- Education: No degree or diploma required
- Experience: 2 to less than 3 years
- Certification: Smart Serve (required)
Responsibilities
- Arrange bar area for attractive displays
- Organize cocktail lounge/bar operations
- Clean bar area and wash glassware
- Serve food and snacks
- Advise on wine and drink selections
- Collect payments (cash, credit/debit)
- Operate cash register
- Record and balance sales
- Store and order bar stock, maintain inventory control
- Address customer complaints and resolve conflicts
- Enforce liquor laws and regulations
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft/bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take orders from staff or patrons
