Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop budgets to manage costs and boost profits
- Evaluate and modify daily operations, food prep methods, and menu pricing
- Monitor revenues and labor costs
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff
- Ensure compliance with liquor legislation and health/safety regulations
- Manage inventory, events, and customer service
- Conduct performance reviews and cost analysis
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients
- Participate in marketing and promotional planning
- Balance cash and complete financial reports
