Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Evaluate and modify food preparation methods and menu pricing
- Monitor staff performance and set work schedules
- Supervise and train staff
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customer complaints and provide service
- Manage events and lead teams
