Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations of the bakery and coffee shop.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Recruit, hire, supervise staff and volunteers, and conduct performance reviews.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and sales potential.
- Select and procure merchandise for resale and determine products/services to be sold.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues/expenses, and oversee payroll administration.
- Implement price and credit policies and develop marketing strategies.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
