Qualifications Required:

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for breads, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes.
- Prepare icings, frostings, and pastries for special occasions like weddings and birthdays.
- Bake mixed dough and batters according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Frost and decorate cakes and various baked goods.
- Draw up production schedules to ensure fresh products are available.
- Prepare special orders as requested.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and safe food handling.
