Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, along with batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, including icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders
- Bake mixed dough and batters
- Prepare special orders as requested
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and organization
- Organize and maintain inventory of baking supplies
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
