Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough, batters, icings, and frostings based on recipes or special orders
- Create pastries for weddings and birthdays
- Order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Bake dough and batters
- Frost and decorate baked goods
- Handle special orders and allergen-specific dishes
- Train staff and maintain product quality
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate baking machinery
- Oversee sales and merchandising
