Job Details:

Qualifications Needed:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in baking.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, including icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters, and prepare special orders.
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
  • Draw up production schedules and ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Operate baking machinery and organize and maintain inventory.

Working Conditions:

  • On-site work; there is no option to work remotely.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding work, including handling heavy loads, repetitive tasks, and standing for extended periods with tight deadlines.
