Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan repair work to be performed and inspect repaired vehicles for quality assurance.
- Replace front-end components, body components, doors, frames, and underbody components.
- Straighten bent frames using pulling and anchoring equipment.
- Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers.
- Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and bolt or weld replacements into place.
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces; mask and tape surfaces in preparation for painting.
- Repair or replace interior components.
- Test drive vehicles to ensure proper handling and performance.
- Maintain professional customer service and keep the work space clean.
