Qualifications Required:

Job Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
- Coordinate work across regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and HR planning
- Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations and official functions
- Plan and manage budgets, short- and long-term cash flows, and assess financial performance
