Qualifications Required:
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Point of Sale system
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to budget
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit staff and set work schedules
- Supervise and train staff
- Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Enforce liquor legislation and health/safety regulations
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and clients
- Address customer complaints and provide customer service
- Manage events and assign staff duties
- Supervise 11–15 people
