Job Details:
- Location: Ottawa, ON
- Salary: $35.00 hourly / 32 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Hours of Work: Day, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning

Qualifications Needed:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Responsibilities:
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits
- Develop budget to determine costs of food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to determine labor costs
- Monitor staff performance and plan daily operations
- Set staff work schedules and supervise training
- Cost products and services and organize inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage events and oversee staff (16-20 people)
Credentials:
- Certificates: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office
