Responsibilities:
- Monitor staff performance and conduct performance reviews
- Recruit and set work schedules for staff
- Supervise and train staff in their duties
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Address customer complaints or concerns effectively
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
