Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop budgets to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Enforce liquor legislation and health/safety regulations
  • Organize inventory and negotiate with suppliers and clients
  • Participate in marketing and manage events
