Job Details:
- Location: Utterson, ON
- Salary: $19.50 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Qualifications Needed:
- Student Status: Must have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and be enrolled full-time.
Work Environment:
- Work locations may vary, and frequent or constant travel is required.
- Non-smoking environment
- Work setting includes a public library
Responsibilities:
- Assist with archiving forms for special storage
- Assist with record management
- Apply standards and policies for storage of records and archival materials
- Codify and classify archival materials
- Ensure proper procedures are followed in the use of computerized document management systems
- Put archival materials on microfilm or in databases
- Research and retrieve archival materials
- Transfer materials from current to semi-current status or put into permanent storage
Experience and Specialization:
- Familiarity with serials or newspapers and special materials (e.g., audio cassettes, videos, maps, microform, educational kits)
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows, and Adobe Photoshop
