Job Details:
- Location: Concord, ON
- Salary: $48,000 to $55,000 annually (To be negotiated)
- Type of Employment: Permanent employment, Full-time
- Hours of Work: 40 to 44 hours per week; including Day, Evening, and Morning shifts
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Vacancies Available: 1 vacancy
Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Credentials:
- Completion of a CADD Course
Experience and Specialization:
- Proficient in computer and technology applications, including:
- ARCHICAD
- Adobe Photoshop
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk REVIT
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Specialization in:
- Renovation
- Residential construction
- Restoration and/or preservation
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail required
- Capacity to distinguish between colors
- Role may involve repetitive tasks and sitting
