Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 5 years or more
Job Responsibilities
- Adjust their designs to conform to limiting factors such as budget allocation and cost of materials.
- Award construction contracts to building contractors.
- Consult with clients to determine the type, style and purpose of renovations or new building construction being considered.
- Generate building plans and detailed drawings to be used by contractors and tradespersons.
