Cestar College of Business, Health and Technology is a private career college located in Toronto, Ontario. We are seeking a dedicated Admissions Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct informative campus tours and presentations for prospective students and families.
- Assist applicants with the admissions process, including application submission and document verification.
- Provide guidance on program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options.
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure accurate information is provided to applicants.
- Utilize CRM software to maintain applicant records and track enrollment data.
- Participate in recruitment events, college fairs, and high school visits to promote the college.
- Follow up with prospective students through phone, email, or in-person meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Grade 12 (OSSD or equivalent); a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in student recruitment or a sales-related position.
- Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
