Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines met
- Carry out administrative activities of the institution
- Administer policies and procedures related to records release under government access and privacy legislation
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
