Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan office services (accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, security)
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget; maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
