Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
