Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate/diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Technology Knowledge:
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows)
- Electronic mail
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and implement administrative procedures
- Set work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate office services and manage inventory
- Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and oversee administrative operations
