Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Coordinate and plan office services (e.g., accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, maintenance)
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Working Conditions:

  • Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option
