Job Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
- Coordinate and plan office services (e.g., accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, maintenance)
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Working Conditions:
- Work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option
