Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations
