Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
- Coordinate and plan for office services including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Perform data entry
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations
