Qualifications Required:
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and evaluate administrative procedures
- Delegate tasks to office support staff
- Set work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage office services including equipment, supplies, and maintenance
- Assist with budget preparation and inventory control
- Perform data entry and oversee office procedures
- Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with privacy legislation
