Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and evaluate administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Set work priorities and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage office services including equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist with budget preparation and inventory control
  • Perform data entry and oversee office procedures
  • Resolve conflicts and ensure compliance with privacy legislation
