Job Details:
- Location: 1385 Shawson Dr, Mississauga, ON, L4W 1C4
- Salary: $34.50 to $36.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week
- Type of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
- Shift: Day, Evening, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Early Morning, Morning

Qualifications:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Responsibilities:
- Implement and review new administrative procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities.
- Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Administer policies related to the release of records under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Perform data entry and oversee payroll administration.
