Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative services
  • Evaluate departmental operations providing administrative services
  • Manage operations of single or multiple administrative service departments
  • Collect and record administrative and service fees
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, and other services
  • Hire and train staff, including interviewing and arranging training
  • Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
