Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative services
- Evaluate departmental operations providing administrative services
- Manage operations of single or multiple administrative service departments
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, and other services
- Hire and train staff, including interviewing and arranging training
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
