Qualifications Required:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Credentials: CPR Certificate
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate administrative services
- Manage departmental operations providing multiple administrative services
- Collect and record administrative and service fees
- Conduct research and prepare reports
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Direct and advise staff in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR, and other services
- Hire and train staff, arrange training programs
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff
- Plan, administer, and control budgets for projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise office and volunteer staff (5–10 people)
