Responsibilities

  • Coordinate flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread documents
  • Conduct research
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
