Responsibilities
- Coordinate flow of information within the team
- Open and distribute mail and materials
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread documents
- Conduct research
- Provide customer service
- Maintain and manage digital databases
