Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate flow of team communication and information
  • Record minutes from meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer calls and relay messages
  • Respond to electronic inquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and documents
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and storage logistics
  • Prepare and document invoices and work orders

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Canadian citizen
