Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years) or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Certificates: First Aid Certificate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Load and unload goods
  • Check product quality and specifications
  • Calculate postage, billing charges, and daily/shift payments
  • Prepare daily reports of fuel, oil, and accessory sales
  • Operate forklift or dolly for loading/unloading
