Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the organization. Your responsibilities will include organizing meetings, managing communications, and maintaining office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone inquiries and relay messages
- Manage electronic inquiries and order office supplies
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts
- Maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents
- Plan and evaluate daily operations
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 1 to less than 2 years in an administrative role
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows)
