Qualifications Required:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars and meetings
- Record and prepare minutes
- Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
- Compile data and oversee report preparation
- Organize staff consultations and grievance procedures
- Oversee payroll and basic bookkeeping
- Greet visitors and manage correspondence
- Recruit and hire staff
- Plan and evaluate daily operations
