Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars and meetings
  • Record and prepare minutes
  • Schedule appointments and respond to inquiries
  • Compile data and oversee report preparation
  • Organize staff consultations and grievance procedures
  • Oversee payroll and basic bookkeeping
  • Greet visitors and manage correspondence
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Plan and evaluate daily operations
