We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brampton. Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, your primary duties will include:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients and staff.
- Answering telephone calls and relaying messages promptly.
- Responding to electronic inquiries and providing information.
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in an administrative role.
Skills Required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
