Job Details:

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: College diploma (1 to 2 years)
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal communication and manage information flow
  • Handle mail, calls, and electronic inquiries
  • Establish office procedures and manage schedules
  • Maintain digital and manual filing systems
  • Order supplies and manage inventory
  • Prepare reports and perform data entry
  • Provide customer service and post-sale support
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and liaise with HR and management
  • Arrange travel and reservations
