Qualifications Required:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Review financial behavior regarding deposits, withdrawals, defaults, and spending patterns
- Invoice clients and collect payments
- Store, update, and retrieve financial data
- Perform clerical duties and maintain filing systems
- Perform general office duties
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Prepare reports
